The older I get the more this is becoming something to think about. Especially if I wait too long!

I have seen the #underawareness on TV, thankfully that's not an issue for me, but I was in fact aware of the statistics on it happening more in younger people in their 20's than older. I went to elementary school with a few children that had this problem and it was devastating for them at such a young age. I have never had children but your story is all the more reason why I think I will continue to put that off! LOL :-)

My bf and I used to take his mother to the movies with us. Before we'd leave, she'd always ask "Is this a comedy? If so, I need to go put on my Depends!" That was years ago. Today, I totally get where she was coming from.

Funnyish story ... a few years ago I signed up for a free sample of a Depend item. I didn't need it and neither did anyone else in the house so it sat in a cabinet until my kitten found it. That pad, still in it's wrapper, is her favorite toy. She tosses it all over the house while I hurriedly explain the origin of the pad to visitors.

After six full-term pregnancies, and then a hysterectomy, I'm starting to look seriously at these. It's going to be even more of an issue as I age.
