Chocolate chip cookies are definitely my fa...Mmmm. Chocolate chip cookies are definitely my favorite dessert. One of my two favorite recipes was my grandmother's, who used the toll house recipe. I have never been able to duplicate exactly but I am just now wondering if she used real butter (i do) or margarine like most of her generation? <br /><br />Have you read about baking by weight?
