Ranch Pork Chops {Slow Cooker}

Pork chops are often on sale for under $2 per pound.  That means pork chops are typically in my freezer.  The problem is I'm not typically a big fan of pork chops.  However, this pork chop recipe is delicious.  Made in the slow cooker, with minimal ingredients, it's easy, too.  I think I actually made my condensed creamy chicken soup from scratch nearly every time I have made this, but it's still easy.  As you can see in the photo below, the pork chops fall apart quite a bit because they are so tender.

Ranch Pork Chops
5-6 pork chops
1 packet of dry ranch dressing seasoning (or homemade ranch mix)
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (or homemade cream of chicken soup)
Parsley, as desired.

Prepare slow cooker with cooking spray.  Place pork chops within the crock.  Mix ranch mix and creamy chicken soup together and pour over pork chops.  Cook on low for about 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.  Sprinkle with parsley prior to serving.

Please Note
~ Do NOT use frozen (or partially frozen) pork chops.  The additional water really changes the creamy sauce.  Though the taste does not change dramatically, but it does change.
~ I have only cooked these on low, but do believe they would be fine to cook on high.
~ The sauce makes a nice gravy, too. Consider using a second can/recipe of cream of chicken soup if you like lots of gravy and extra ranch, if desired.
~ I've used both bone-in and boneless pork chops.

Try these other slow cooker recipes.
Bacon ranch chicken (very different than the ranch pork chops)

Enjoy!
